Since i started working with CMRCA it was my first time working with a lot of students like this. I psyched to work this program and felt a bit nervous before the program start. For program CMRCA had provide three different activities are Ultimate Rope and Rock, Lead on the wild side and International Award Bronze Training Trek. The base camp be at Sankumphang Hot Spring.
Day 1 : I was at Crazy Horse Buttress with Climbing team and worked with Pod 3 that P'taw and katie were a Pod leader of the group. after the students arrived the crag it was so surprise me cause i can felt the student have so much energy(WOWS) I'm ready man. We did one energizer game then separate out 3 groups cause we had a limit of time. My group we did a caving tour, small rappel, Tyrolean,
and Rock climbing lasted, after that all pod 3 took a Red Truck to Hot Spring to camping there. In the night time
we provided a lot of fun games for student at camp fire to be participate of these activities.

Day2: I was a trek leader today with Pod 2 that P'Pui and P'Mario were a pod leader, I got group one with
ten naughty boys by each person have different character. Group one pod 2 we will do a trek by first group
the Goal is to teach them how to use a compass and read a map also work as a team. we decided our team name
is Mushroom a long the way to camp site 7.9 km. i learned a lot it not just go walk with them we have to teach
them to work as a team, help each others by gave a roles for each person. we got to camp site Mon Kao Kwang
safe and make a tents, shower then let them cook their dinner. Have fun for sure!!!!
Day:3 Today was an easy trek mostly flat we started at 9 o'clock these boys their walked so fast, and feel like they are
getting better work as a team compare to the first day it have a lot a storming. I let them lead and was thinking that they gonna
get lost to garbage pit or not? Yeah! they did so that i gave chance to teach them about leave no trace and we did a long trek
and got to hot spring by 2 pm.
Finally two trek days was amazing for sure i've learned a lot and the kids learned a lot too
Day: 4 Pod 2 was doing a rock climbing i'm still with Mushroom team the boys still have a lot energy even if they did
a hard work in the first 3 days good job team. Even some people decided do not do a Tylorean but it's ok. The student have to leave
there early cause they have to get at train station by 5 pm.

Honestly!! i was so enjoy with this group, stress a bit during a program but totally Fun and Challenging, Great Experience
