Brian and i we were out to Crazy horse to practicing a trad climbing for AMGA these session i've had practice how to build the anchor two different ways by using a rope and cordelette. I felt progress a lot since i've started doing it. It make my vision of my career winder and i still need to practice more to make it better ready for the test in November

Last weekend i went down to Bangkok joined the Master of the rock competition. Really i haven't been down to BKK for a year and haft and i had a very good time to met up and talked with cool people also an old friends there this time .Jens Muad and i we were staying there just two days very short time but anyway see ya next year!

Just only 1 week left from today i will be in China destination that i've thought fro a while. So my flight will Take Off from Chiang Mai to KL on April 4th then i will meet up a malaysian friend there hopefully i could check out KL town as much as i can during 17 hour in KL. Then in the next day my flight will leave KL like 6.30 am so early and land to Guilin around 11.00am (local time) and meet up from Chiang Mai there. I will still training till last day in here may be put up some endurance training more to make it sure i got enough for this trip See ya soon !!!
