Endurance Power !!!

It was starting early moning,My friend(professional climber)and I, we decided to do training together that we call"Endurance Power"his choose 500 moves and I choose 450moves the goals is when you climb you must stay on the wall even if you fall just go back to the wall,we did 50 moves on each set well!! was on the beigining I fell like I will keep doing and also my goals is do not often falling off from the wall but it's not I felt many time I couldn't remembered might be 10 plus up that I was falling,these practice made myself to thinking about climbing and I should set the definite goals is what kind of the day do you want to create today(for my climbing life)Well anyway that I would like to say thank you so much for Jonathan Siegrist (JSTAR) for helping me to training and I also learned some technique,breating etc I am very sure if you climb with Motivate person you will grow even if strong or unstrong but at least you must got positive outlook for yourself "Do your best!!!" (NSTAR)
